Muscle fullness is really nice, I’m bulking right now, and I’m still really, really lean; I’ve put on minimal fat. I read somewhere this stuff burns calories, and I feel it. I’ve noticed consistent strength increases; this is all on 1-2 a day. I know I react well to it compared to most, but this stuff works. With higher doses, it’s more potent. I feel like the workouts are a little longer. Turk vs. Ecdysterone? Your body uses the Ecdysterone better(it’s more bioavailable, u either get 500mg of Ecdysterone or 59mg of Turk ), but Turk is more for strength(significantly more). Ecdysterone is endurance based.

I noticed I was looking more muscular than previously after taking this for a few weeks. Not a placebo, as it took me a while to make the connection to the ecdysterone. I didn’t notice this with Turkesterone. There’s 500mg of product in one capsule here, vs. 50mg for Turkesterone- do the math. Seems like the superior choice. After 4 weeks of use, I’ve hit 2 new PRs. Overhead Squat went up 5#s and Front Squat up 15#s. I’ve not changed anything about my diet nor added any other supplements, just this.
