Placebo or not, gains are gains

I started Gorilla Mind Turkesterone, doing 1000mg a day (500mg 2x per day) for four weeks. Then, I lifted to 1500mg daily (500mg with a post-workout shake). It could be a placebo or legit, but all of my lifts have increased 30-50lbs for reps in about eight weeks.

Prepping for a meet in April, and things are right on track for PRs across the board. It just works

A few months back, I took Gorilla Mind Turkesterone on a recap after the C-word took me away from training for about 2-3 weeks. It was my most successful come up ever. I was leaner than ever (granted, I followed a moderately strict diet). I would recommend Gorilla Mind Turkesterone to any.

Weak placebo

Before I start, I like Derek’s stim-free pre-workout. IT’S AWESOME.

But the results I got with the Gorilla Mind Turkesterone were not great. I bought 3 bottles, and I had my fundamentals down (slept 10-11 hours a day, drank a lot of water, took my vitamins and minerals, had a fuck ton of protein) and I DID get results, but it’s hard for me to tell if it was a placebo or not, and even if was a placebo it wasn’t that great of a placebo. And because of how expensive it is, I’m not going to keep buying more.

What We think:

Regarding supplements, Gorilla Mind Turkesterone is one of the better Turkesterones on the market, though not my favorite. Although I had taken the supplement for 2 months only, the results have been quite impressive.

The progress felt slow at first when I was taking one capsule twice per day, something that was unusual for me as I was used to getting far better results using the exact dosage, while on Natural Maniac’s Turkesterone

After one week I noticed a tangible difference at the gym when I increased it to two capsules of Gorilla Mind Turkesterone twice a day. My lifts significantly improved and my recovery time was cut in half.
